Warm, collaborative & grounded…

Therapy in London for anxiety, trauma and life’s challenges

A calm, supportive and inclusive space to explore what’s feeling difficult and begin moving towards greater clarity, balance and wellbeing.

A creative and thoughtful approach to psychotherapy

With over 30 years of experience, I offer a thoughtful and collaborative approach, grounded in respect for your unique story.

I am an accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapist (CAT) - a deeply intuitive approach to therapy which is especially good at helping us to understand patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that may have developed earlier in life and are now causing difficulties.

Together, we can work towards meaningful change in areas that are causing distress, helping you move towards greater wellbeing and a more fulfilling life.

How I can help…

I work with adults (18+) experiencing:

  • Anxiety, depression and stress

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Trauma and distressing life events

  • Neurodiversity

  • Low self-esteem or feeling stuck

  • Life transitions or roles that no longer feel right

You may not have a specific diagnosis, but still feel something isn’t quite right…

That’s okay—therapy can help you make sense of those feelings.
